Naomi lives in Grand Forks with her young daughter. She is originally from Fargo but growing up, she lived on a hobby farm in the summers helping garden in Minnesota so her love of plants has spilled over to her art. She has her degree in Horticulture so plants and nature seem to be the main subjects but nothing is off limits. Naomi is currently completing her degree in Art History and Museum Studies at UND.

Naomi likes to experiment with all different types of mediums. She mainly likes to work with Acrylics and watercolors. She also dabbles with drawing mediums and mixed media pieces and when some new inspiration comes along or new medium, it is usually on her desk to play.
